Confirm Form Submission

STEP 2 – CONFIRM FORM SUBMISSION

1. Check your email inbox for a message requesting confirmation of your form submission.

This email may take a minute or two to arrive and its contents should look like the following image:

2. Click on the link in the email you have received to confirm your email address.

A webpage should now open with a request for you to Click on a button to Confirm your form submission. It should look like the following image:

Click on the “Confirm submission” button. [This link can be used only once!]

3. Close the window.
